15 Single Leg Step-ups (each leg) onto a 24 inch box
12 Renegade Rows
18 DB Squats

45 seconds Easy Running
45 seconds Plank on ball
16 DB Curl and Press

18 DB Dead-lifts
18 Walking Lunges
45 Seconds Side Bridge with arm extended
